The Jonas Brothers Are Reportedly Reuniting Under A New Moniker

Almost six years since announcing their split, the Jonas Brothers are reportedly planning on reuniting, but the pop trio will be going under another moniker for their relaunch.

On Monday (February 18), Us Weekly reported that multiple sources have confirmed that Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas will be rebranding themselves under the moniker "JONAS" for all forthcoming projects. Meanwhile, The Sun has revealed that the brothers flew to London last week to discuss plans for a comeback, which will include new music and a documentary. "It's no secret that things weren't great by the end of the Jonas Brothers, but blood is thicker than water and they've healed their rift in the years since the split," a source told the outlet. "After enjoying solo music success and taking time to work on passion projects, they feel that now is the right time to get back together." None of the siblings have confirmed the whispers, but a quick look at Nick's recently liked tweets might suggest otherwise.

Rumors of the JoBros' reunion initially hit the blogosphere in January 2018 after their Instagram account was reactivated for the first time in years, but Nick was quick to shut down the rumors. "I mean, it is not happening right now," he told W magazine. "Never say never. I think that there is some great things happening in all of our lives individually still and we are all focusing on that at the moment." In addition to the reactivated account, fans of the trio also discovered a new photo of the brothers together with Ryan Liestman, a backing musician for the act from 2007-2013. As for the caption to the post, well, it certainly didn't keep fans at bay. "Family reunion," Ryan wrote.
