Sia Jokes She’s Only Attracted to Sociopaths or Narcissists; Talks 'Music'

Never forget that text Sia sent to Diplo 😂 The Grammy-nominated songstress Zoomed with Ryan Seacrest on-air on Wednesday, May 20, in full Sia effect, wig and all.

Seacrest recalled that infamous text she sent to longtime friend and LSD collaborator Diplo. ICYMI, Sia told GQ that Diplo was among the “five” people she finds attractive. "This year I wrote him a text, and I said, 'Hey, listen, you're like one of five people that I'm sexually attracted to, and now that I've decided to be single for the rest of my life and I just adopted a son, I don't have time for a relationship,'" she told the magazine at the time. "'If you're interested in some no-strings sex, then hit me up.'"

“He did get back to me,” Sia told Seacrest on-air. “Very respectfully.”

The songstress added that she’s now only interested in three people.

“If I’m attracted to you,” Sia joked, “Usually you’re a sociopath or narcissist.”

While the “Chandelier” singer has kept her dating life as incognito as she is, she recently revealed she’s adopted two more sons on the heels of her forthcoming movie and directorial debut titled Music.

Music stars Kate Hudson, Maddie Ziegler and Leslie Odom Jr. and features her latest uplifting single about self-love titled “Together.”

“I read the story about 15 years ago and then I started the screenplay about 8 years ago and I directed it 4 years ago and I wrote all the music in it,” she shared of the dramatic musical. “… It’s the best thing I’ve ever done.”

Sia first announced plans for her feature film directorial debut four years ago at the Venice Film Festival and previously shared the movie wasn’t always meant to be a musical.

“I just had a bunch of songs laying around and I put them in where I thought they felt right,” she explained. “And at the very end -- I made sure for the musical sequences nobody was lip syncing -- so at the very end to support the narrative I changed all the lyrics.”
